muddywolf   10 #3 Posted July 30, 2016 As I understand it, once payment has been taken a contract has been agreed and they must honour it.  Keep it quiet though, the less people who buy it the more chance you have to get it at the miss price (that said, pls drop me a quick link if they are still at this low price ). What then? Wait for ever for one to come in - if it ever comes in, whilst still holding your money? Or they could cancel said contract. littlebasher   11 #7 Posted July 30, 2016 If it's the HP laptops, that was all over Hot UK Deals - people were buying them in their hundreds.  I guarantee none will be delivered!
 Share this content via...
Dardandec   32 #8 Posted July 30, 2016 A company is not obliged to sell you anything. Some company's do send the items out at that price as a gesture of good will but you are more likely to get a refund.
 Share this content via...

Ots obviously a misprice and as soon as they realise they will cancel the transaction. it happens all the time and this will be catered for in their T's and C's.  OP you are 99% unlikely to get it. geared   302 #11 Posted July 30, 2016 The company will just bulk cancel the entire lot and issue refunds.  People buying 100's at a time really are complete idiots.
 Share this content via...
