Carp lakes around sheffield area

Hi was wondering if anyone knows of any good carp lakes around the area. Just getting back in carp fishing after 8 years out. Was thinking about trying ravenfield carp lake has anyone fished the lake in the last few years?

Hi, I have been fishing for most of my life now (mailnly carp, roach, bream ect...) but I don't know many places that you can catch small 1-2 lb carp. Any ideas would be much appreciated as the only places I fish are Aston ponds, crooks, forge dam and wiremill dam

Snake lake at Aston springs or the two strip ponds at Aston park, both have the sizes of fish you look for. Also bigger fish but not bigger than 6 or 7 pound.

I'm same not been fishing for a few yrs I've heard Bradley's ponds at ford have some nice fish also a few cat fish & that's my next task to catch a cat fish
