Scarecrows around sheffield

Recommended Posts

Hi I have been noticing a lot of houses round Chapeltown, Burncross and high green with scare crows outside their houses. It's way to early for bonfire night does anyone know why people are doing it?

They're not scarecrows, they are the residents

2 recent events in the area featuring scarecrows:-

1) Organised by Chapeltown Forum for local businesses and residents to take part in

2) linked to recent real ale festival in Burncross sponsored by local pubs to raise funds for charity
