Sheffield to mablethorpe

I have been looking for a coach to take my mum who's 80 and my aunt who's 76 to mablethorpe from sheffield. But the only one I can find takes 9hr 5min. I was wondering if anyone has a better idea how to get them there. They used to go with a gent called Malcolm who had a mini bus but he has now passed away.

What you want is a coach trip rather than a coach journey. Maxfields do ingoldmells for £16.50. There will be others I'm sure.

A train to Skegness.then a bus or taxi to mablethorpe.

More expensive but quicker.

Go to Skegness then get bus to Mablethorpe.

It's free for pensioners too.

Traveline gives two options:

 

1 Train to Grimsby. Bus to Louth. Bus to Mablethope. (4.5 hours)

 

1 Train to Lincoln. Bus to Louth. Bus to Mablethope. (4 hours)
