Pancho the cat, far from home?

Am sure it's all fine but was just followed home by a long haired tortie cat with a tag, called Pancho,near Empire Road, S7. I had a hunch that she might be lost or have wandered out of her territory and would feel awful if I didn't put something on here, just in case. Hopefully she's just not a cat I've met before and she's already home.
