Getting a bit concerned bout lack of transfers for you owls fans.

Think three or four should be good for you new blood to make a go at promotion.

Hate to say this my good friends but can see youk vi struggling if there's not a few good signings.

Think Villa geordies and Brighton will be a force this season think you have ye work cut out.

But as always l wish ye well and be watching ye live games.

Still early yet Mooks, sure there'll be some activity this month.

This time last year we had only just installed Carlos , 16 signings then followed ,plenty of time yet.

'Struggling' Mooks ? I think that is a strong term and teams over the last two years who just lost out promotion from the Championship, Ipswich Town, Brentford and Derby County apart from the 'Rams' what happened to the other two since. Still in the division are Rotherham United, promoted Barnsley hardly big money clubs and perinnial 'neer do wells' such as Blackburn Rovers, Huddersfield Town, Birmingham City, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Leeds United!! and Wolverhampton Wanderers (I know they are 'Wolves' but how can anyone dislike their pedigree ?).Plus the likes of Q.P.R. and Bristol City, I think the 'Owls' will be o.k.

Heard he's on a eye watering £35k/wk... is this a little too risky?

What's the most you'd pay him week to week?

It depends on what the wage structure is at S6 at the moment, I assume he will be on par with the likes of FF, KW, GH.
