Rockerman   10 #1 Posted June 23, 2016 I opened my front door to let my cat in and could hear a chainsaw possibly near the Birley spa pond. Followed by some metal being hammered.  Any ideas?
 Share this content via...

hotrock   10 #4 Posted June 23, 2016 You can never be quite sure as to what the noise is from, A few weeks ago we heard late night Jack Hammers, and the following night very heavy hammering which went on till midnight. We put it down to late night road resurfacing which happens quite often on City road. It transpired that on the first night someone had removed a chunk of outer skin wall from our local Kwik-Fit, then covered the hole with a dumped bed base, then returned to finish the job the next night taking out the internal skin of blocks.
