Chazndave   10 #2 Posted June 19, 2016 These caravans appeared apparently some time thurs evening 16th June, parked along back of carpark -are they gypsies ??  Hope to god not! Lock your sheds, garages, put your cctv on and anything garden ornaments or structures that they may nick for scrap put a away for a while!  Yes im stereotyping. However better safe than sorry and too many coincidences.
 Share this content via...

belperite   11 #9 Posted June 20, 2016 Certainly so as the tram trains aren't going to be going to Middlewood.  Some of the new ones are going on the existing network though to provide extra services aren't they?
 Share this content via...
Hambeast   10 #10 Posted June 20, 2016 Some of the new ones are going on the existing network though to provide extra services aren't they?  Yes, however they are only cleared for passenger service as far as Shalesmoor, Meadowhall and Park Grange Road stops, it was discussed in another thread. So likely just to be used as extra Cathedral-Meadowhall shuttles once the timetable gets rejigged later this summer.
 Share this content via...
Cyclone   10 #11 Posted June 20, 2016 Isnt there a height barrier on entry to this car park?  No, just the raising bar kind of barrier. The stocksbridge link bus has to be able to get in and out.  https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Middlewood+Rd,+Sheffield,+South+Yorkshire/@53.4157019,-1.5095688,57m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x487978c366e72087:0x4638f5f88db16ed0!8m2!3d53.4133519!4d-1.5072803
 Share this content via...
