Coal Shute problem

Recommended Posts

We live in a similar house

We have built three bricks high with a slab on top

You can incorporate air bricks in the construction, I have fitted an extractor fan as well to keep the air flowing

Easy to build

Thanks to both Jon26 and Markyspark for that info I will pass it on to my daughter.

Just one question can you build that on a public path?

Sorry not realised it was directly on the path, in which case id say no as people could trip over it. My little terrace had a postage stamp size front garden.

My only other suggestion is to see what neighbours on the road have done.

Cellars are typically damp and she might just have to live with it.

Good luck.
