katy0000 Â Â 10 #2 Posted May 20, 2016 It is rented out as bedsits, was advertised on rightmove some time back as 250.00 a month each person for working people. Its some sort of building watch scheme whilst property not in use.
 Share this content via...

cocker   10 #4 Posted May 20, 2016 when i first read the bedsit post i thought it sounded feasible but now on second thought ive never seen any to let or for sale signs and the bloke ive seen in the window only puts 1 wheelie bin out for collection and he does this at stupid oclock in a morning also they must sleep with the lights on the top floor is constantly lit day and night
 Share this content via...
mike84 Â Â 20 #5 Posted May 21, 2016 While the building is empty it has been converted into several bedsits with communal kitchens / bathrooms. Â It's a great idea really as it generates a bit of income for the council, the building is safe and it doesn't need to be boarded up or have security to make sure it's not vandalised.
