It is rented out as bedsits, was advertised on rightmove some time back as 250.00 a month each person for working people. Its some sort of building watch scheme whilst property not in use.

when i first read the bedsit post i thought it sounded feasible

but now on second thought ive never seen any to let or for sale signs

and the bloke ive seen in the window only puts 1 wheelie bin out for collection

and he does this at stupid oclock in a morning

also they must sleep with the lights on the top floor is constantly lit day and night

While the building is empty it has been converted into several bedsits with communal kitchens / bathrooms.

It's a great idea really as it generates a bit of income for the council, the building is safe and it doesn't need to be boarded up or have security to make sure it's not vandalised.
