geared   311 #4 Posted May 12, 2016 MOT fail having the airbag light on so it's gotta be fixed sooner or later.  and no there isn't a fuse, specifically to stop idiots pulling it out rather than fixing the broken airbag system. jbauto   10 #5 Posted May 12, 2016 Yea there will be a fuse but that will bring the light on
 Share this content via...
DnAuK Â Â 10 #6 Posted May 13, 2016 Easy fix. Just need some black electricians tape. Â Little square stuck over the offending light - job done! Â Seriously though - get it fixed. If the warning light is on it probably means the airbag won't go off in an accident. Could literally be a life and death choice to ignore it. ivan edake   13 #9 Posted May 18, 2016 i had an astra van once with same issue  it turned out to be a plug under the seat that was disconnected check under both front seats  Yes this is correct and it's the same for most cars.Usually pulling the plug apart and pushing it together again a few times fixes the problem. The plug is usually under the passenger seat.
