Restarting musician. Last time many years ago I played violin in an orchestra. After a 30 year gap I've taken up bass - semi-acoustic or electric. (And play some rubbish keyboard).

I'm looking to play anything with others, and willing to give all sorts a try but would be most interested in playing acoustic/semi-acoustic music of one sort or another. I do listen to some rock/indie etc and would give something in that line a go, as an alternative.

I really just want to play with others and see how things work out, but if it went well, and became regular and a band took shape that would be a bonus.
