Hogg   10 #73 Posted April 13, 2016 Corbyn could possibly be PM if he is up against chancers like Boris or the much loathed Gideon, other possible Tory leaders - May is not much liked and Nicky Morgan still an unknown. Is Gove even a possibility? Even if he is, he is a bit odd. Once Cameron goes the Tories are left with a lot of very peculiar ducks for leader. Corbyn needs the support of his own party though, and those Blairites who just refuse to give it up may be responsible for another Tory victory. I hate to think what will become of us if Boris is in charge - the United Kingdom of Dubai.
 Share this content via...
ricgem2002   11 #74 Posted April 13, 2016 I will pay £100 to a charity of your choice if Labour, under any leader, win the 2020 election. Labour are unelectable, they deny any responsibility for crashing the economy, their only policy is to attack Cameron for being "posh". The last campaign was risable.  To win, they need a leader with the charisma of Blair backed by an organisational genius like Mandelson. No such characters exist. remind me again what your username will be then when you come to pay up:D
 Share this content via...

*_ash_*   88 #76 Posted April 13, 2016 remind me again what your username will be then when you come to pay up:D  I would have taken up that bet too with you ric if it was JC winning!  As the poster said ANY Labour government (which still doesn't seem likely... but it's years away and anything can happen), then I wouldn't bet against that.  I'd take you up on a £100 bet to charity that JC won't be the next PM.  (and I'll remind you of it when you come to pay up)  Will you take the bet? gomgeg   10 #83 Posted April 14, 2016 Then wake up and smell the coffee dude There's a revolution happening under your nose We don't have revolutions in the UK, at least not for hundreds of years. We have democracy and had an election last year, you must have heard about it, there'll be another one in four years, that's your chance.
