Needing deep engine work on skoda

Anyone know where i can get a skoda octavia engine fixed , been told its the pistons or maybe another fault deep inside.

Car drives fine but noisy .

Probably best to go to a VAG specialist, depending on the age/value of the car it might be curtains for it.

 

When it comes to things like replacing pistons the repair bills are measured in the thousands.

He does all my work, and he knows Skodas/VW inside out. He has an Octavia himself, and does all the work on mine.

 

As geared says though, depending on age, could be done for cost wise.

I take both our Skoda's to Autohaus Dolby in Attercliffe. Matt knows VAG cars inside out and will always give you honest advice.

Yeah, but don't ring garages asking "Are you a vag specialist?" unless you want some very odd answers.
