not really, that's actually what they are for, and if used properly, make whipped cream, but people don't put the cream in the creamer, and just get high from it instead....

I'm actually a recovering whipper, my advise would be "just say no".

 

EDIT- I actually thought you were joking as I thought it was CO2 'sparklets' used in whipped cream, just googled and discovered it is indeed nitrous oxide that's used!

So no, I'm not really a recovering 'whipper' !

I have been told by a youth worker that they are Nitrous Oxide canisters which can be bought on the Internet .

They are discarded in the street to avoid discovery and the gas is released into a balloon and then inhaled .

Now we all know. She did not know if it was legal.
