It was it was called the Birley spa club before closing and becoming the sherwood.

I played snooker for another closed ciu club, the Dial house at Birley spa club, my uncle Eddy was the team captain for a few years.

It was called The Spa Club,it was a private club (i.e not affiliated ).I was a member as was my dad.
