National meditation centre / Sahaja Yoga

Hello has any one tried Sahaja Yoga?

 

Wondered about some meditation/mindfulness but don't want a religious based one?

 

Any ideas?

Hi I haven't tried Sahaja Yoga, but I go to a yoga class at the Sheffield Uni gym and it's not religious at all.
