Venue:The Green Hill Arts & Therapy Room (newly opened) 2b Westwick Crescent S8 7DG New, small begiiner's class (for 5 or 6 maximum). Your request has inspired me to make this a beginner's class. I want to encourage people to make a start with yoga. I am making flyers now. If you know anyone who may be interested please pass this information on. 4 sessions at £25, which is £6.£0 per session (many classes are about £ When people feel ready to move on to a mixed ability or more challenging class, there are lots of classes next door at the Power of Yoga studio and I teach a mixed ability class on a Saturday morning there.
