However, if I have to name just one, I would say " Where Have All The Flowers Gone?'' written by the late Pete Seeger and recorded by many. This song, in my opinion, is the greatest anti-war song ever made, which for me, makes it a significant and important piece. If we're going down the anti-war song road, then Barry McGuire's 'Eve of Destruction' (1965) takes some beating for me. Some prophetic lyrics in there too.
