He's a business. If he is making money then obviously people want to buy ice cream, so they dont think its too early. If they think its too early, then they wont buy and he will lose money. In that case he will go elsewhere or cease selling till later in the year.  I was just putting out a post which I meant in good humour and asked if people thought it was too early or not in their personal opinion......
