peak4 Â Â 279 #25 Posted February 7, 2016 I recommend his skinny sausages with chilli which have just the right level of spice, nothing overpowering just a nice bite to them. Â Not been in for a while, but I do like Konrad's haslet, when it's fresh out of the oven, in a breadcake. Does a cracking line on home smokes pork as well.
