Wednesday v Burnley

Sheridan1-0

Recommended Posts

Based on home form this season...Wednesday should win...but as we havent done well against teams above us in the League, then it will no doubt be tough...

You would expect a full strength starting 11(except Lees)...with McGugan & McGeady on the bench amongst others.

A win would establish us in the top six, rather than scratching round for the final place....but no doubt Burnley will be up for it as well.

But i'd repeat whats been said in other threads....get off your a**e and get to the match..the team deserves the support...!

Can't disagree with anything you say Sheri, yes the support is nothing like it should be.

The A to Z prices of paying on the day is not giving the working man the opportunity to

watch his beloved Owls.

A fair pay on the day price would be £20 to £25 for all matches, then Hillsborough might see some full houses, not the the extortionate pricing policy currently being used.

I will also be there. Sheridan is right, people need to get to the ground and support the team. We are signing quality players and playing lovely stuff.

I also notice that the Season Ticket window has been extended by a week, giving more people a chance to grab a well priced season's entertainment.

Totally agree on £20 per game Southy but the die is cast with all the advanced season ticket sales at about £18 per game so they cannot sell on the day tickets too cheap. Unless they give a refund to all season ticket holders.

Well I'm one of the can't afford to walk up guys. Just shy of £60 on a school night is simply unaffordable for me, and I'd like to think I earn a decent crust too, but with the hours and shifts I work a season ticket doesn't make sense either.

Either way I'm screwed!!

Still looking forward to that elusive 4-0 win and a March into the playoffs, that and the fact Potty has enough gob on her to make up for me and the kids missing :)

my owls friends were chatting last saturday and one said to the other that he doubts he will be going at £37

i as a blade(armchair as i watch my son play in NCEL) dont know the owls prices but thats what a friend said to another.i kept out of it.

for a fan with no reason to purchase a season ticket for financial reasons then £37 is a hell of a lot of cash

just my opinion.Owls are doing brilliant and well above peoples expectations so maybe a rethink on prices to swell the gates

Same here, can't justify 37 quid when without the repair bill on my car. Should be a good game so wish I could make it aswell:(
