An app to change all text to capitals? For visually impaired people

Hi everyone.

I'm currently talking to someone online who struggles to see lower case text on their ipad. How easy would it be for someone to make an app that would change all text to capitals?

At the moment they have to copy and paste text into an app that reads it out, but on some posts they just can't keep up.

Any suggestions?

Don't know if WordService would help?:

sourced from here:

https://discussions.apple.com/message/9435775#9435775 - but it had an outdated link so I searched the devontechnologies site to find Freeware - absolutely no guarantees!

Alternatively, install an all caps font? Don't know how this could be set up on iPad etc:

On iPad go to > Settings > General > Accessibility > Larger Text.

Toggle Larger Accessibilty Sizes to On then slide the adjustment bar at the bottom to adjust text size.

Also I'm sure it's been proven that people with poorer eyesight can read lower case easier than upper due to recognition of shapes the words form.
