Is History about to repeat itself?

Recommended Posts

that is not arguable, although a lot of the media were predicting a Labour loss (well they would, they are mostly owned by the money people)

as mentioned before, the share of the vote was increased.....and if you missed that, i will say it again...THE SHARE OF THE VOTE WAS INCREASED..

You keep telling yourself that when you lose the next general election. Again!

So you don't have an answer. Didn't think so.

erm.....okay, i will take a wild guess, was it peace keeping

We don't expect you to be a mathematical genius, or even competent with loose change on the bus, but you're embarrassing yourself every time you trot out that argument.

facts are facts...dont shoot the messanger...

Messengers aren't expected to understand the meaning of the message, the generals just need you to pass it on while getting shot at. You're doing a grand job.

You do have a habit of setting up the ball for somebody to knock into your own net. A bit like your hero.

I am talking about going back years, when the decisions were made to invade other countries, one under the pretext of WMD, which was just an excuse to go and get our hands on all their lovely oil, Corbyn was against any of that involvement, and is still against any involvement.....there are enough people dropping bombs
Ah, so that would be when he was still that obscure backbencher most anyone had ever heard of.

Why should people have "listened to him" more than to Robin Cook, Leader of the House of Commons, or to Clare Short, a Secretary of State?

Or to the heads of state of no less prominent countries than France and Germany, who were opposing the invasion?

The messianic complex seems to be working, the force is strong in the Corbynistas :D

But at the last by election at Oldham labour increased their percentage of the vote :)

By elections are not general elections. They rarely mimic how a general election will unfold. The turnout was almost half that of the GE, but this is nothing to do with the subject of this tread.

Blatant or not, you should try to stick to the topic at hand.

Some seem to think that just because Daesh are not goose stepping across the middle east, that any comparison with them and the Nazis is wrong. This is foolish. Never underestimate your enemy.

Don't try to rehash somebody else's satire, it just makes you look dull and uninspired.

Getting back on topic Jeremy is still preaching to the converted instead of the people he needs to convert.

Of course (by all accounts) they're sliding by stealth into Europe, which is actually worse than the Nazi's. An enemy is much easier to confront if they're standing in a line in front of you, and you know who they are.
