Advice, heater not working on Renault Laguna 06 plate

Hi

 

Heater not working on my Laguna, the heater works but doesnt change speed it is coming out of vents very slow, after driving a while (ie over an hour) it starts to warm up.

 

Any ideas are welcome.

it is very common for the fan switch to go,the no heat is also a very common problem your heater matrix is blocked ,this may need replacing or you can try and flush the cooling system ,there is a double water pipe at the offside at the bulkhead ,it is a little tricky to get off but you can put a hose into one side then the other and turn the hose on quite fast
