Bread making lessons in Sheffield

Hello Forumers,

I new to the Forum and I'm setting up some bread making classes in Sheffield so I wanted to let everyone know.

I've been making bread since I was a young child as my grandmother never nought bread, we always made it twice a week. For a long time I thought that everyone was able to make bread but I have since found out differently and now want to share the skill of bread making with those who wish to learn.

Its a very satisfying activity as well as fulfilling (pun intended).

Good idea! Otherwise these skills for baking home-made bread would be lost in the next decades. My mum didn't know how to make bread, as far as I remember, neither does my wife or my mother-in-law. We seem to be very much dependent on the supermarket to supply them nowadays.
