JOHN HABS
I have a number of Photo ' Ghosts ' in Windows Media Player 12 which are left over from sending them to an external hard drive - I've tried to delete them from WMP but it won't let me. In Windows Media Player I have clicked on Pictures, then the file, then properties, then Media Usage Rights.....a window opens that tells me: This File Is Missing Media Usage Rights What do I open and click on to change the Media Usage Rights ? I looked it up on the Microsoft Website, and it brought up two options of deleting the pictures in WMP........ the first option: Click Start, Run and type in: %\LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\ Media Player and click OK Select all the files in the folder and then click delete on the file menu. Restart Windows Media Player. If This Does Not Solve The Problem: Exit Windows Media Player. Click Start, Run, Type: %LOCALAPPDATA%Microsoft and then click OK. Select Media Player Folder and click Delete on the file menu. Restart Windows Media Player. I've done all this but still cannot get rid of the remnants of the pictures that were originally in WMP ? Any help would be appreciated.
