Recommended Posts

In the bowels I mean. I suffer from terrible wind especially in the evenings. My stomach swells up so much it presses on my ribcage. I know some people cut out wheat but haven't yet cut this out. Any tips ?

A lot is down to the diet.

What would you suggest cutting out ? Any tips would be helpful.

Have you tried cutting out dairy? Could be worth a try.

Processed sugar in cakes and suchlike, I've found can also cause me problems :(

Colpermin, which is peppermint oil, from your GP is excellent. Windeze is also very good. Wouldn't be without either.

Leeks and onions seem to something I can't eat any more, they are common culprits for wind.
