Dizzyblonde   10 #1 Posted January 4, 2016 I can see old threads with dead links but where should you complain to get the best results.  This morning, 4/1/2016 my husband set off about 6.30 to catch a bus to town. (Abbey Lane 75/76 85/86) he came back at 8.00 after giving up, at least three buses should have come in that time.  The queue at the bus stop was apparently 12 deep, so you can guess when single decker did come it would have been over full and turning passengers away.  Now he is working from home with me:rant: when I would have preferred him out the house. So I want someone to sort this out, he is starting to do this far too often, and I know its not because he wants an excuse to spend more time with me
 Share this content via...
Andy C Â Â 86 #2 Posted January 4, 2016 You can submit complaints via the Travel South Yorkshire website here: http://www.travelsouthyorkshire.com/contactus/ which is operated by South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, who will log it themselves then pass it onto the operator concerned to investigate and respond to you. Â Alternatively you can complain direct to the bus operator concerned: http://www.firstgroup.com/south-yorkshire https://www.stagecoachbus.com/ Â Complaints that have been unsatisfactorily dealt with by bus operators can be escalated by involving Bus Users UK, the bus passengers consumer group: http://www.bususers.org/
 Share this content via...
SteelCityAle   10 #3 Posted January 4, 2016 You can also address complaints to the nearest brick wall, which will be equally effective...
 Share this content via...

Fudbeer   12 #5 Posted January 4, 2016 Yes am in same area back to missing or late buses this morning.  I try to avoid buses without a timing on mnb now as chances are they won't turn up.
 Share this content via...
Eric Arthur   10 #6 Posted January 4, 2016 He's spent more time waiting for a bus than it would have taken using his feet. It's less than an hour's walk into town from Abbey Lane.  Kick the lazy article out of the house with a thermos and a round of sandwiches in case he gets lost on Abbeydale Road. andyms1 Â Â 10 #11 Posted January 4, 2016 Since the November changes, the 75 / 76 or 97 / 98 routes are completely unreliable. The buses are never on time and on evenings/weekends appear to run completely randomly.
 Share this content via...
