Interested in joining martial arts club. Help?

Recommended Posts

I live in town at the moment, and realised I've become extremely unfit and need to get more exercise into my life. I use to do abit of Kickboxing so wouldn't mind that for women classes. Any available classes near town? However I would still be interested in recommendations in other martial arts. Thank you for clicking and reading :)

Tetsudo runs two clubs in Woodseats and offers great sessions open to men and women.

It's a mix of upper and lower techniques as well as practical self defence.

First lesson is free so worth a drop by to see how it fits with what you're looking for.
