MichelaS Â Â 10 #1 Posted November 11, 2015 I live in town at the moment, and realised I've become extremely unfit and need to get more exercise into my life. I use to do abit of Kickboxing so wouldn't mind that for women classes. Any available classes near town? However I would still be interested in recommendations in other martial arts. Kilcaff   10 #5 Posted November 20, 2015 Tetsudo runs two clubs in Woodseats and offers great sessions open to men and women. It's a mix of upper and lower techniques as well as practical self defence. First lesson is free so worth a drop by to see how it fits with what you're looking for.  http://www.sheffieldtetsudo.co.uk  You can contact Arun, the area instructor, on 07910451378
 Share this content via...
