There has been a few in town in last few weeks hasn't there ? wasn't there a couple near the Odeon cinema as well

 

Not much media coverage, appeals etc either

Yes there have been a few. The police say they are increasing vigilance and fingers crossed they catch him. Its quite a good description too so hopefully it will trigger some calls.
