What are they building on the land next to homebase chesterfield rd

There used to be a furniture/sofa place there which had a fire a few years ago. It's now being rebuilt and looks nearly finished. Does anyone know what it'll be?

The sign went on today. sheffield forum was correct, the larger unit is Dunelm.

There is a banner sign which says tiles and bathrooms, the banner is difficult to see from the road as its on the back fence.
