I go to classes in the city centre http://www.apolenewadventure.com I started the pole fitness to improve my upper body strength and toning, it's definitely a good workout, you will ache after your first class (but in a good way ) It's good fun, and you get a real rush when you conquer a new move, especially hanging upside down for the first time.
