Marx   10 #1 Posted October 10, 2015 A lovely rehearsal room is currently available for sessional hire in S3, Shalesmoor. It is on the ground floor with ample on-street parking outside. We can also provide equipment storage on-site.  There is a full backline for guitar and bass, PA system, mic stands, microphones and a nice Ludwig drum kit & hardware for us discerning drummers. Bring your own cymbals and snare or hire our Zildjian cymbals and Yamaha/Premier snares for small charge. If that isn't enough, there is also an organ and piano!  You will be the only band in there while rehearsing, as there is just the one practice room in use. There is an adjacent room with a mixing desk and vocal booth should you wish to do a spot of recording (by arrangement), plus there is a toilet and kitchen area (with seating) if you want a bit of time out.  Our charges are £25 for a three hour session between 6pm and 9pm weekday evenings or between 12 noon and 9 pm at weekends. Our weekday rates are currently £18 for three hours. We can guarantee you the same slot every week if you get in early.
