foggy72 Â Â 10 #14 Posted October 8, 2015 I highly recommend Dougies Meats which has various vans around Sheffield (Job Lot on Barnsley Road, Noah's ark pub & Jordanthorpe). Excellent value and quality plus I believe they do a delivery service. I would never buy meat from a supermarket ever again. bethanywalke   10 #15 Posted October 8, 2015 Second Simmonites! They've made it cheaper because they're on Division Street and it's full of students but the meat is top notch
 Share this content via...
Frayava   10 #16 Posted October 8, 2015 Give Darren a ring. His shop is at Firth Park but they also deliver (or is that "do liver")  Stuff is top quality, varied and reasonably priced.  Tel 0114 244 9677
 Share this content via...

taxman   12 #20 Posted October 8, 2015 I find Simmonites meat poor quality, cheap, but you get what you pay for.  I go to Chris Beeches in Walkley, the added bonus is that he also sells beer.
 Share this content via...

cytine   40 #23 Posted October 8, 2015 I second Willey's in Woodhouse. I too have been going there for over 30 years and never had any poor meat. Always top quality and they will cut any size you want and as with most local butchers you can buy 1 chop or 2 sausages instead of large packs. Far superior to the second rate rubbish sold in supermarkets. Also, nice, friendly helpful staff.
 Share this content via...
