Detetcive   10 #266 Posted May 6, 2016 That will never happen. People vote labour because they always have and always will regardless of the political horizon. "Grand father voted Labour, Father voted labour and i vote labour"  Seriously? I must have missed the announcement of you being made spokesman for Labour voters.
 Share this content via...

ECCOnoob   1,043 #272 Posted May 6, 2016 My god.  If anything sums up the voting sheep mentality of folk round here its the recent results.  http://www.itv.com/news/calendar/update/2016-05-06/dr-alan-billings-wins-south-yorkshire-police-commissioner-election/  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2016-36206692  What's that phrase. LeMaquis   10 #274 Posted May 6, 2016 Hows ukip doing  Bad news, I'm afraid. Labour took 2 of the 3 seats in West Ecclesfield, one of them on the drawing of lots after a tie. By my reckoning UKIP started with 4 councillors and finished with 4.  http://www.sheffieldnewsroom.co.uk/result-west-ecclesfield-ward-2/
 Share this content via...

You seem to forget that the voters of Sheffield can be very fickle, Paul Scriven was Leader of Sheffield City Council (2008–11), I don't think he was a Labour supporter.
