Does anybody remember the CWS sewing factory on West Street I worked there from 1964-1970

Yes I remember the cws building on west street,back in 1965 I used to walk past it on my way to work at AES Engineering on West street, I seem to remember that they made shirts?

I think its the same building that became the Limit Nightclub.

Yes it was. Cooperative Wholesale Society.

Yes I was a mechanic there from 1965 to when it closed in 1973.

My first job was nearby and whenever I passed the girls would be singing  the songs of the day.

It seemed a very happy place to work.
