Yeah but eskdale road winds round at the bottom and it is closer to the Niagara than we are.

I'd ask the council if niagras licence covers them for outside entertainment like a thwacking great disco in marquee. Surely once you've got a licence you can't just change how you do events by that much without a bit of consultation can you?
