That makes no sense at all; greed and want are not exclusive to western cultures. There is plenty of it in the Arab world and in other countries e.g. Africa, China, India Pakistan. Corruption and greed is why millions of people are oppressed in those countries and are so eager to get out to live in what they perceive to be a fairer western society.

The time has come to redirect immigrants towards Asia, Latin America, some parts of Africa and the muslim world. You see what you want to see to justify your selfish and callous disregard for fellow human beings in distress.

 

Three out of four people see what they want to see to justify their callous disregard for human beings in distress. That's the reality whether you like it or not.

 

If the minority (people like you) continue to force their beliefs and policies re migrants/refugees onto the majority the what will happen? What is happening?

 

If mass migration from Africa and the Middle East is allowed then the UK will leave the EU. Other countries will vote in nationalist governments and will also leave. The EU will end. Migrants will be attacked and we will end up with a Europe much less tolerant than today.

 

In this real world a policy that accepts these migrants is doomed to fail. Why advocate a policy that will have such disastrous outcomes?

Second, we had one of the largest navies in the world, an air force and an Army in which we ultimately retaliated with.

Thirdly we had the resources of empire!

ITS idiotic that there are obscenely rich Arab countries doing absolutely nothing. Saudi Arabia is so rich that it has world class health care and higher education but levies no income tax. Where is the compassion of the ummah?

 

the real responsibility here is on Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other Persian Gulf countries. They're rich, have low populations, and share ethnicity, language and religion with many of the asylum seekers.It is perfectly reasonable they shoiuld take them.

That wouldn't aid in the spread of Islam around the world, so it's understandable why they don't go to other Islamic countries.
