lbooker123 Â Â 10 #13 Posted November 28, 2015 I only use advocate on my dog, I've been using frontline on the cat and the vet said that recent studies show it only treats an area of around 10cm also they are more resistant to frontline. Over the counter flea treatment she recommended advantage.
 Share this content via...
charlotta   10 #14 Posted November 29, 2015 We treat our Westie every 3 months. We have tablets instead of spot on as I'm allergic to something in the solution.
 Share this content via...
tankarm   10 #15 Posted December 11, 2015 I use frontline from the vet and use it monthly, we've never had an issue with fleas so it must be working
 Share this content via...
mike84 Â Â 23 #16 Posted December 12, 2015 I haven't needed to use flea treatment, or tick treatment for over 12 months on my dogs. I would only ever use a chemical flea treatment if my animals actually had fleas. Â Same with worming, I haven't used a chemical wormer for about the same period of time. I use "worm count" and treat if there is a problem.
 Share this content via...
