Has anyome got any suggestions of where to get car insurance from? Thanks  When I have had a quote for one days insurance it has been around £30, so 2-3 weeks insurance is going to be almost as expensive as a years insurance. You might be better off adding an extra car to your own insurance, or just getting a years insurance and keeping it for the no claims bonus at the end of the year. foxy4 Â Â 10 #5 Posted August 6, 2015 Just take out a full years cover and cancel it on day 13 as When u take out insurance cover you get 14 days in which to cancel it and all you pay is pro-rata, so u dont have any cancelation fee.
