Courtesy cars when car being repaired

Recommended Posts

Find a garage near to where your work is and use them?

Car is needed FOR work I think she said, not just to get TO work.

And even if it's just to get to work, nearby garage only helps if the repair is complete in 1 day.

Would a courtesy car be insured to use for work (not commuting)?

You might have to pay a little extra for the insurance to cover that but it shouldn't be a problem.

You don't pay at all for a courtesy car... And I doubt that a garage will upgrade their insurance just for you... Maybe your own insurance company would cover it for a small charge though.
