Ambulances on Claywheels Lane

Recommended Posts

There was an abundance of ambulances, paramedics/responders this morning all zooming up Claywheels Lane with sirens blaring. Followed by an ambulance having a police escort on the way back down a bit later on.

Hoping no-one's seriously hurt but with the amount of medics, seems unlikely:(

The incident happened at Abbey Stainless. I'd just come out of the woods with my dog when I saw the emergency vehicles going into the works.

Yeah, we thought they'd all shot up there. Nothing been on the news yet though so there maybe some hope.

It is a poor chap died at Forgemaster a few years ago now. Can anything be done to make the process safer or is it as safe as can be?
