Builder/plasterer wanted

Have a problem with our shower that has been leaking and thus have some floorboards that have got wet and have gone rotten, so they need replacing at top of stairs and into the bathroom but it has also damaged our kitchen ceiling. We are having a new bathroom fitted next month but I'm worried that the ceiling and boards needs doing more urgently. Would welcome some advice please. We are in S5 area.
