steveb1978 10 #1 Posted June 23, 2015 Hi Guys, I am wanting to rot a few deeper river stretches this year. My current longest rod is 14ft which is ok untill I need to go deeper I'm looking for a rod of 15ft + to use with light lines and a centerpin. Seen lots of nice rods on ebay such as the Map Parabollix and Dave Harrell Rods but don't want to go in and buy one blind. I usually fish for silvers with mainlines of 4.5lb max and hook lengths 1.5-3lb depending on conditions. Can anyone recommend a decent rod in this size range for my £100 budget new or used. Cheers, Steve
 Share this content via...
charliewag 18 #2 Posted June 24, 2015 I use a 15' preston absolute float rod and it's excellent. However they retail at over £200. A friend has a map parabolix and I find it quite heavy.
 Share this content via...
