The Bottom Welly, Shalesmoor

Recommended Posts

Looking forward to the change.

Rumour has it that the Pub King of Sheffield will be taking it over (and I don't mean Thornbridge)!

That`s it. I`ve heard it`ll be Kane Yeardley as well. ...

But seriously, Neepsend have been practising brewing at Little Ale Cart....... I liked their IPA to be fair and agree that all Ale Cart beers were similar.

Now, that I'd have no objection to!

Good. Dont speak for all of us, I cant put my personal thoughts on the man on a family forum like this, which is a shame.

Shame there`s not enough floor space for Bottom Welly to become a `spoons. Now that`s what Sheffield needs!

I can see why Forum Cafe Bars might want a palce at Kelham Island but this just doesn't seem the right venue. It's a bit out of the way, I could see them with something a bit more trendy right in the heart near craft and dough but not there

It is the pub from the "Real Ale T**ts" cartoon strip in Viz isn't it? .

The very one... I like a decent pint but the Wellington was a little too "specialist" for me.. still it's good to have somewhere for everyone to go - even Real Ale Twits

Let's just hope James doesn't decide to dig the patio up in the beer garden.

I always reckoned Sheila never left the place.

It's not Forum Kirk; it's the other Mr Sheffield Beer.

This would also be good! Now, who could take on the Ship?
