ll49 Â Â 10 #2 Posted June 14, 2015 This may well be a lost pet, and well done in your neighbour for trying to locate an owner, however there are now many wild budgies around the UK so it may well be a wild bird. Â I'm sure after a little while your neighbour will figure out if it's a tame pet budgie or more like a wild bird and then make the decision what to do with it.
