Wharncliffe Pub Firthpark Closing Down?

Recommended Posts

There has been some progress, breeze blocks walls have been put up so I'm guessing there is a delay getting the insulation and cladding! :hihi:

So you are watching it already.

I like to photograph this pub before it goes, what's the best bus to catch from the city centre to the Wharncliffe?

48 & 47 leave from Flat street , the stop at the side of the bingo club . Get off at the bottom of Bellhouse road , just after the roundabout , walk up Bellhouse road , take your second right into Beavercoates road , from there you can see it .

Lots of rumours, Heard the Landlord from Itsworth Rd workingmens club is

wanting the Warncliffe pub and turn it into a Workingmens Club.

Could be a good idea.
