Having researched the internet, yoga magazines, DVDs, books and more Ben and I were pretty much fed-up with not being able to find people like you and me practicing yoga. Hence the birth of YEP. On YEP you will find short video clips where we focus on a particular theme/yoga practice and we give step by step instructions of how to explore that theme or practice. WARNING! You will not find any acrobatics, contortions or tiny, tiny hot shorts here! For the first series we are looking at rocking da pelvis, segmental mobility of the spine and maintaining a healthy back. We are doing this by looking at a variety of yoga postures starting off with bridge and cats. Please make sure you honour the needs of your body and watch clip 2 which has a health disclaimer on it.
